The Designing Hope Foundation delivers a connected ecosystem of programs designed to guide participants through a tiered pathway from education to innovation and, ultimately, opportunity. Beginning with foundational learning in digital literacy, workforce readiness, and entrepreneurship, participants progress into hands-on innovation labs, mentorship, and real-world application.

As skills deepen, individuals gain access to advanced training, business incubation, and career or venture pathways that support long-term success. This integrated approach ensures that education leads to innovation, innovation leads to opportunity, and opportunity leads to lasting economic and community impact.

AI READY Academy prepares youth and adults for the future workforce through foundational and advanced training in artificial intelligence, digital literacy, and emerging technologies. Participants gain practical, job-aligned skills, industry-relevant knowledge, and exposure to real-world applications that increase employability and career mobility. The program ensures learners are not only prepared for today’s jobs, but for the evolving demands of tomorrow’s economy.

AI READY Academy

Project ELEVATE is an entrepreneurship and business development program designed to help underserved founders launch, grow, and sustain successful ventures. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and access to business tools and capital pathways, participants strengthen their entrepreneurial skills and confidence. The program empowers individuals to move from idea to execution, creating businesses that generate income, jobs, and long-term community impact.

Project ELEVATE

NextGen Innovators Lab engages middle school, high school, and college students in hands-on learning through coding, robotics, and innovation challenges. The program encourages creativity, problem-solving, and collaboration while introducing students to STEM pathways and future career opportunities. By combining education with experimentation, the lab helps young innovators build skills, confidence, and a mindset for lifelong learning and innovation.
