Designing Hope was created from a simple belief: where you start should never determine how far you can go. For more than 15 years, my work has focused on expanding access to opportunity and building pathways where none previously existed.

Throughout my career, I have worked to design and grow programs that drive real economic and social change. While that work has been recognized nationally, including honors from President Barack Obama and the World Peace Federation, the true measure of impact has always been found in the lives changed. The student who discovers confidence and curiosity. The entrepreneur who gains the tools to grow. The community that begins to see its own potential.

Designing Hope bridges education, entrepreneurship, creativity, and innovation to help individuals and communities build sustainable futures. As we expand our work across East Texas and North Texas, this mission is deeply personal. Returning to serve the communities that shaped me reinforces our commitment to long-term support, dignity, and opportunity.
